Rateglow Computing Limited

Rateglow Computing Limited was founded in 1992 by Director Eric Butcher with the aim of providing Software Change and Configuration Management services to client companies.

​

Initial work was concentrated in the Defence Industry and mainly revolved around the Rational R1000 and Rational APEX technologies. Since then, we have expanded our client base into both the Telecom and Financial Services sectors. Since 1996, the company has mainly concentrated its services around the IBM Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest products.

Obviously, in more recent years, there has been a surge in the number of other tools and technologies that aim to support the Software Change and Configuration Management services, as well as general Software Build and Release Management. The primary objectives of Rateglow Computing Limited has always been to assist clients obtain and achieve best practice in the Software Change, Configuration and Build Management discipline using their chosen toolset.

Rateglow Computing Limited can provide short or longer term consultancy services in all areas Software Change and Configuration Management services, as well as general Software Build and Release Management, both in the UK and Worldwide. We specialise in the following areas:

• • IBM Rational ClearCase (Base and UCM, and also MultiSite).
• • IBM Rational ClearQuest.
• • Training for the all aspects of the above.
